Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Form Photo Editor ("the app"), developed by Vihatsoft, handles information when you use it. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
The app is designed to need as little information as possible:
- Photos and images you select or capture are processed locally on your device (resize, crop, compress, PDF conversion). We do not upload, view, or store your photos on any server.
- Camera access is used only if you choose to take a photo directly within the app. You can deny or revoke this permission anytime in your device settings without losing other app functionality.
- Storage access is used to let you save the photos or PDFs the app creates back to your device.
- Feedback text — if you use the in-app Feedback option, the message you type is sent to our server so we can read and respond to it. Only submit information you're comfortable sharing.
- Template settings (like standard passport/signature sizes) are fetched from our server as read-only reference data; this request does not include any personal information about you.
Advertising
The app shows ads served through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), approximate location, and other technical data to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and Google AdMob's data disclosure. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device's ad settings ("Opt out of Ads Personalization").

Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos with any third party. Feedback messages are used solely to improve the app and are not shared externally.
Data Security
Since photo processing happens on your device, your photos never leave it during normal use of the app's editing features. Any network requests the app does make (fetching templates, submitting feedback, ads, checking for updates) use encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Children's Privacy
Form Photo Editor is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information (for example, via the Feedback option), please contact us and we will remove it.
Your Choices
- Camera and storage permissions can be turned off anytime from your device's App Settings.
- Ad personalization can be limited from your device's Google Settings → Ads.
- You can uninstall the app at any time, which removes all app-local data from your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
